Runtime is started from console with <Runtime-Home>/bin/setenv.bat

Edit <Runtime-Home>\bin\ setenv.bat
Add line:
- SET JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=-Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true
- The screenshot below is given as an example
