On Linux

Runtime is started from console  with <Runtime-Home>/bin/ setenv

1. Edit <Runtime-Home>/bin/ setenv  
2. Add line:
   • export JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=-Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true
   • The screenshot below is given as an example

3. Restart Runtime
