You can rename your sheets in the app overview.
Renaming a sheet in grid view
Do the following:

If you are in grid view, ì, click the sheet title followed by clicking @.

Change the title.

Click m to stop editing.
The new title is saved.
Renaming a sheet in list view
Do the following:

If you are in list view, î, click @.

Change the title.

Click m to stop editing.
The new title is saved.
