Possible cause
If your Qlik Sense Client-Managed Mobile app was deployed using the VMware Tunnel for per-app VPN security, and the per-app VPN is later disabled in the iOS Settings, the following error will appear the next time the Qlik Sense Client-Managed Mobile app is launched:
The Qlik Sense Mobile app has encountered a network error and must stop. Restart the mobile app.
Proposed action
Ensure that the VMware Tunnel is enabled on your device.
Do the following:
- On your iOS device, go to Settings > VPN > VMware Tunnel > Connect On Demand and toggle it on.
