Profiling Delta tables

Talend Studio enables profiling of Delta tables by connecting to Hive via a JDBC connection. To profile Delta tables, follow the procedure Profiling an ADLS Databricks file via Hive.

To profile Delta tables, use a Databricks file stored on:

ADLS Gen2
Amazon S3
Databricks File System

You can profile files of the following formats:

Delta
TXT
CSV
Parquet, with a flat structure
