Built-In Spark distributions The following Built-In distributions are deprecated in Talend Studio 8.0 R2026-09:
  • Amazon EMR,
  • Azure Synapse,
  • Cloudera,
  • Custom,
  • Databricks,
  • Hortonworks,
  • Microsoft HD Insight.
Universal is the recommended distribution and is selected by default.
HPE Ezmeral Runtime Enterprise support HPE Ezmeral Runtime Enterprise support is deprecated for the Universal distribution.
Legacy Spark Streaming Legacy Spark Streaming (DStreams) is deprecated in Talend Studio 8.0.1 R2026-09. Use Spark Structured Streaming instead.
