New features and improvements

Feature Description
Snowflake Database (via JDBC) Updated the Snowflake JDBC driver to version 4.2.0. The driver downloads automatically when the bridge runs. On machines without internet access, download the driver in a connected environment and transfer it manually.
SAP Data Services (BODI/BODS)
  • Added support for BODS Projects, Jobs, Workflows, and DataFlows pipe and control lines via exported XML. Updated profiles to match BODS Studio UI presentation.
  • Added "Projects" import filter parameter and updated "Data Flows" to adjust imported entities.
  • Added support for BODS Transformations with properties and user-specified parameters. Updated profiles to match BODS Studio UI presentation.
IBM InfoSphere Data Architect (IDA) Added the "Miscellaneous" parameter to the import and export bridges.
File System Updated Avro, Jackson, and POI runtime dependencies for embedded file readers.
Apache Spark (with Python or Scala)
  • Fixed errors in PySpark import for CSV-to-Parquet and Hive workflows.
  • Fixed data type mapping in the ToolOther.xml configuration file.
Talend Data Integration Updated indentation in -runtime.lineage usage documentation examples.
Cloudera Impala Hadoop Hive Database (via JDBC) Added support for the Cloudera Impala JDBC driver class com.cloudera.impala.jdbc.Driver.
Oracle Database (via JDBC) Updated bridge documentation to include Oracle Wallet configuration for Transport Layer Security (TLS) connections.
W3C XML Implemented resolution logic for attribute-element name conflicts.
Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Added AzureDataLakeStorage, AzureBlobStorage, AmazonS3, HadoopDistributedFileSystem, and GoogleCloudStorage as FILE store SYSTEM types in the Summary Store Connection.
  • Fixed the bridge profile and added descriptions for miscellaneous parameters.
MicroStrategy Added runtime lineage logic combining design-time and run-time lineage.
File System and Excel File Upgraded Apache POI libraries to version 5.5.1 and log4j to 2.25.3.
Snowflake Access History (DI/ETL) Added a private key bridge parameter for key pair authentication.

Issue Description
Oracle Database (via JDBC) Fixed consistency error for OUT stored procedure parameters in the DI model.
File System Fixed the -delimited.field.separator option to serve as an explicit delimiter override, while preserving existing -delimited.add.separators autodetection behavior.
IBM DB2 Universal Database UDB (via JDBC) Updated bridge FAQ and modified metadata queries to avoid DB2 system functions. Added required read permissions to bridge documentation.
Talend Data Integration Improved source schema processing in the tExtractJSONFields component.
Multiple bridges Updated bridge documentation to correct typos.
Snowflake Database (via JDBC) Added required permissions for stored procedure body extraction to bridge documentation.
File System Fixed PatternSyntaxException by refactoring path substitution handling and correcting literal replacements.
Qlik Sense Server Added support for Snowflake functions in lineage. If connection information is unavailable, specify -database.type SNOWFLAKE in the Miscellaneous parameter.
SAP PowerDesigner PDM Improved duplicate attribute processing logic.
Snowflake Database (via JDBC) Added key-pair authentication example to bridge documentation, including OpenSSL steps for PEM private-public key pair generation.
Oracle Database (via JDBC) Clarified that referenced system objects are captured for impact analysis and are visible in Purview, but only referenced system objects are imported.
Talend Data Integration Updated S3Connection, Get, Put, and Copy component imports to the new metadata format.
Qlik Replicate Added clarification to the "Host" parameter tooltip.
