Modifying the user list display

You can modify the user list display to arrange the user information in an ascending or descending order. You can also choose to show/hide one or more columns in the user list according to your needs.

Before you begin

  • Make sure the MDM server is up and running.
  • Make sure you have logged in the web user interface as an administrator or a user who has Read & Write access to the Manage Users menu.
  • Make sure you have selected the data container that holds the master data you want to give access to and the data model against which the master data will be validated.

Procedure

  1. On the Menu panel, click Manage Users to open the page.
  2. Move your pointer over the appropriate column heading.
    An arrow appears at the right hand side of the column.
  3. Click the arrow and from the menu displayed, select:
    Option To ...
    Sort Ascending Arrange the list of users in ascending order based on that column.
    Sort Descending Arrange the list of users in descending order based on that column.
    Columns Show/Hide any column by selecting/clearing the corresponding check box in the cascading menu displayed.
