Job script examples

The following scenarios demonstrate how to create Job scripts for Jobs containing commonly used components.

While you can edit Job scripts using any text editor, this documentation assumes that you use the Job script editor of Talend Studio and auto suggestion functionality (Ctrl+Space), so that you can define Job and component properties and identify errors easily.

This documentation only presents the functions and parameters that you need to provide to generate your Jobs and get your Jobs work to fulfill the purposes of the scenarios. When generating a Job from a Job script, Talend Studio will automatically add the other properties with default settings to construct the Job.
