Community and Support

You can get help and support for your Talend installation in several places:

  • Official Talend Documentation. Here you can find everything to help you install and use your Talend product.
  • Qlik Community. This is the place where you can ask questions to the community, and get answers.
  • Support Community. If you are a Talend subscription customer, you can open a ticket to the Qlik Support. Qlik Support Services cover only Talend software as defined in the User License Agreement.
  • Talend Consulting Portal. If you are a Talend subscription customer, you can ask for a consultant to help through the installation of your Talend product.
