Defining roles in the campaign

As a campaign owner, you can define roles in campaigns to decide which data stewards are part of the campaign and which data stewards can access what tasks and in what transition of the campaign workflow.

About this task

For the Reconciling client data campaign, you want to define three roles.

Procedure

  1. On the Add campaign page, click Roles > Edit the role name .
  2. Name the first role Account analyst and click Save to save it.

  3. Repeat the above steps to add two other roles and name them Account validator and Account manager.
  4. Click in the fields below each of the roles and select from the list one or more data stewards to whom you want to assign the role.
    This list shows all the users defined in Talend Management Console and assigned the role of data stewards.
