Defining roles in the Resolution campaign

Define roles in the campaign, group data stewards into the roles and assign them access rights.

This decides the actions to be taken on data, which data stewards are part of the campaign and which data stewards can access which tasks and in what transition of the workflow. You can add as many roles to the campaign as needed.

Information noteTip: You can create a campaign without defining any roles and edit the campaign later to add the roles of your choice.

Procedure

  1. On the Add campaign page, click Roles > Edit the role name .
  2. Name the first role Data inspector and click Save the role name icon next to the field to save it.
  3. Repeat the above steps to add two more roles and name them Price validator and Data validator.
  4. Click the field below each of the roles and select from the list the data stewards to whom you want to assign the role.
