Single-node site setup workflow

This setup workflow describes installing a single-node site:

1. Select Quick Install during the Qlik Sense installation process. See Performing a quick installation.
2. Activate the license, allocate to yourself a user access type, and optionally add more admin users. See Managing licenses.
3. Allocate to yourself a user access type, and optionally add more admin users. See Managing user access.
