Stop engine

Procedure

Qlik Sense performs the following procedure:

1. The Qlik Sense Engine Service (QES) stops the cache trimmer.
2. The QES clears the cache.
3. The QES terminates the process handlers.
4. The QES exits the threads.

Success

In case of success, log entries are written in the following files throughout the procedure:

• <MachineName>_Service_Engine.txt
