Prerequisites for using a Linux ODBC driver

To use a Linux ODBC driver, make sure to:

Install the latest 64-bit ODBC driver for HDP on the Replicate Server machine.
After the driver is installed: Edit the <distribution>.hiveodbc.ini file as follows:
- DriverManagerEncoding=UTF-16
- ODBCInstLib=libodbcinst.so
