This method returns all groups that a certain user is a member of.

ResolveUserGroups(Guid, String)

This method returns all groups that a certain user is a member of.

Declaration

      List<string> ResolveUserGroups(Guid dscID, string user)

Parameters

Type	Name	Description
System.Guid	dscID	The Directory Service Connector to use.
System.String	user	The name of the user, including domain name.

Returns

Type	Description
System.Collections.Generic.List<System.String>	A list of group names found.

Remarks

Requires membership of local groups QlikView Management API and QlikView Administrator.

Examples

The service key injection is assumed to be handled behind the scenes. For an example of how to inject the service key, see Samples.

This example retrieves all groups for a single user and prints them to the console.
