Creates a session towards a document on a QDS server.

Creates a session towards a document on a QDS server.

Parameters

The configuration of the session.

A new session.

Remarks

If a session has not been used for 20 minutes, it will automatically be closed.

Requires membership of local group QlikView Management API and the role Document Folder Administrator.

Examples

This example creates a new session towards a source document on a Distribution Server.

The service key injection is assumed to be handled behind the scenes. For an example of how to inject the service key, see Samples.
