Creating filters
You can filter the dashboards to only show data for a particular timeframe and/or for particular objects (tasks, Replicate servers, source endpoints, and target endpoints).
To create a timeframe filter:

Click the icon to the right of the From field and select a "from" date using the calendar control.
OR
Enter the date manually.
- Specify a "from" time in the two fields to the right of the icon.

Click the icon to the right of the To field and select a "to" date using the calendar control.
OR
Enter the date manually.
- Specify a "to" time in the two fields to the right of the icon.
- Click the Apply toolbar button.
To create an object filter

Click the Filters toolbar button.
The Filters window opens.

From the left pane, choose one of the following object types:
- Servers
- Source endpoints
- Target endpoints
- Tasks
Information noteBy default, all instances of the selected object type are shown.
- To search for a specific object, in the Name field, enter all or part of the object name and then click Search.

If you selected Source endpoints or Target endpoints, optionally filter the search results by Type as well.
If you do not select an endpoint type, all endpoints will be shown in the Source Endpoint List/Target Endpoint List.

If you selected Tasks, optionally filter the search results by Task Type and/or Status as well.
If you do not select a type, all tasks will be shown in the Task List.
- To exclude a specific object, select the object(s) and click the Exclude button (multiple selection is supported). The object is added to the list on the right.
- To include a specific object, select the object(s) and click the Include button (multiple selection is supported). The object is added to the list on the right.

To include or exclude all objects that match a pattern, type the pattern in the Name field and then click the Include or Exclude button accordingly.
For example, to include all task names that start with Bus, type Bus*.
The pattern is added to the <Object_Name> Selection Patterns list on the right.
Information noteThe patterns list can contain both include and exclude patterns.
- Click OK to save your settings and then click Apply to apply the filter.
