Prerequisites

Before you can use MySQL as a source in a Qlik Compose project, make sure that the following prerequisites have been met:

• The MySQL database should be configured with the required Permissions and accessible from the Compose machine.

  The following MySQL editions are supported:

  • MySQL Community Edition
  • MySQL Standard Edition
  • MySQL Enterprise Edition
  • MySQL Cluster Carrier Grade Edition
• MySQL ODBC 64-bit client must be installed on the same computer as Qlik Compose.
