Creating an API token

Talend Cloud Migration Platform provides a large set of REST APIs.

About this task

The authentication and authorization is done through a JWT (JSON Web Token) based Bearer API/Access Token.

Access your profile from the menu in the upper right corner of the window.
Select API tokens from the left panel.
Click Add API token.
Enter a name for the API token. The validity of a token is set to 90 days from the creation date.
Click Create.
Select and copy the token string or use the Copy to clipboard button.

Information noteRemember: The token value is displayed only once. Make sure to save this value before closing the dialog box.

The list is updated with the newly created token. You can delete a token by clicking the corresponding icon.
