Configuring and deploying the task

Configure the task associated with your artifact and deploy it.

1. Go to the MANAGEMENT tab and click Tasks in the appropriate workspace.
2. Open your task and click the pencil icon in the Execution section to edit it.
3. All the fields in the Artifact step should be filled automatically, make sure they are correct and click CONTINUE.

   

4. In Connections, select the mysql connection you created and click CONTINUE.
5. Select the appropriate remote engine in the Runtime field, then click SAVE DRAFT.
6. Click DEPLOY.

Results

Your task is now running. You can monitor it in the OPERATIONS tab.
