GetSysAttr - script and chart function

We’ve added a new script function that makes it easier to leverage variables for enhanced monitoring across apps and tenants without the need to manually enter Tenant IDs, Tenant Names, or the URLs into the script. For the programmatic deployments, the spaceId and spaceName are also important.
