Filter user access by status

In the User access overview you can use the filter functionality to find user access with a certain status. Use filters on multiple columns simultaneously to narrow your search.

Do the following:

  1. Select License and tokens on the QMC start page or from the StartS drop-down menu to display the overview.

  2. Select User access in the panel to the right.

    The overview is displayed.

  3. Click . next to the Status column heading.

    The filter dialog for the column is displayed.

  4. Click to make a selection in the filter dialog: Allocated or Quarantined.

    All rows that match your filter criteria are displayed.

    indicates a selection for your filter.

    Click again to remove a selection.

  5. Click outside of the filter dialog (or press the keyboard key "Esc") to close the dialog.

    . indicates that a filter is applied to the column.

You have now applied a status filter.
