This function returns a date calculated from the year YYYY, the week WW and the day-of-week D.
Syntax:
MakeWeekDate(YYYY [ , WW [ , D ] ])
Return data type: dual
Arguments:

| YYYY | The year as an integer. |
| WW | The week as an integer. |
| D |
The day-of-week as an integer. If no day-of-week is stated, 0 (Monday) is assumed. |
