Iceberg is added to the Database Connection metadata
wizard. You can now centralize the Iceberg database connection information
in the Metadata folder in the
Repository tree view.

HDInsight and Dataproc connection modes are added in the Hive metadata
wizard. Distribution and Version are removed from the metadata wizard.
