Manage Cloud Identity: replaced secret vault by the new cloud identity
Replaced secret vault by cloud identity.
  • The upgrade automatically migrates any existing setup configuration for Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure from the "Manage > Secret Vault" page into "Manage > Cloud Identity".
  • The ability to use secret vault to externally store the bridge password parameter is preserved.

    Any use of the above secret vault as a URL based password parameter of a model import is automatically detected at the first (manual or scheduled) import to automatically populate the cloud identity of that model import.

  • Added support for more than one server to be created per cloud technology, for example an Azure cloud identity for East US region and another one for the West Europe region.
Added automatic cloud identity based authentication on selected import bridges where the password parameter is no longer mandatory and the authentication is based on the cloud identity:
  • Microsoft Azure Data Lake Storage
  • Microsoft Azure Blob Storage
