Checks if a container has a staging area.

Request	`GET /services/rest/tasks/staging/{container}/hasStaging`
Parameters	container: This is a String value which represents the name of the container.
Headers	Authorization: Basic Authentication scheme
Response	Returns true if the specified container has a staging area, false otherwise.
Status	200 OK: The operation is executed successfully. 401 UNAUTHORIZED: Login fails, invalid username or password. 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR: Other errors.
