Installation modes

There are several methods to install your Talend product:

Install using the Talend Installer. This is the recommended way of installing your Talend product. For more information, see Installing your Talend products using the Talend Installer.
Install manually. You can customize every step of your installation. For more information, see Installing your Talend products manually.
Install using the Red Hat Package Manager. You can deploy and install applications and services on RPM-based systems. For more information, see Installing your Talend products using RPM (Red Hat Package Manager) (deprecated).
Information noteDeprecation: Installing Talend products using RPM is deprecated from the 8.0.1-R2023-03 Talend monthly patch. Use the Talend installer instead.
