Enabling Talend Cloud Data Stewardship email notifications
Last updated: 9/16/2026You can configure your preferences to receive email notifications when certain events occur in Talend Cloud Data Stewardship.
Email notifications convey key information about campaigns and tasks making it easier for you to take actions when needed. The notification list can be different depending on your roles and permissions.

Procedure

Toggle on Data
Stewardship to select all events available for your role(s), or
select individually the events you want to be notified about by email.
Information noteTip: Click the arrow next to an application name to display or hide the detailed list of notifications available for this application.
Below are notification descriptions and an example email.
Name Required roles Description New tasks have been assigned to you Data Steward An email notification is sent when new tasks are assigned to you by another user. Tasks assigned to you are due soon Data Steward An email notification is sent when the tasks you own will expire soon. Tasks assigned to you are overdue Data Steward An email notification is sent when the tasks you own are expired. Tasks in campaigns that you own are due soon Campaign Owner An email notification is sent when assigned or unassigned tasks in one or more of the campaigns owned by you will expire soon. Tasks in campaigns that you own are overdue Campaign Owner An email notification is sent when assigned or unassigned tasks in one or more of the campaigns owned by you are expired.
