Started as a Windows service (installed via Talend installer, or via tomcat9w)

1. Identify the service name
   • For example: “talend-iam-7.3.1”
   • where service_name is replaced by the name of service identified in previous step
   • This screenshot is given as an example:
   • - Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true
2. Open a CMD Window
3. Type the command: <tomcat installdir>\ bin\tomcat9w.exe //ES//service_name
4. Go to the tab "Java"
5. In the “Java Options”, add the line:
6. Click “OK” button
7. Restart IAM service.
