Run as a service (Linux or Windows)

1. Locate the file <Remote-Engine-home>/etc/ talend-remote-engine-wrapper.conf .
2. Locate the block starting with:

3. After this block add the following line:
   • set.JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS="-Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true"
   • export JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS="-Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true"
4. Optional step for Linux, in all user profile running “impersonate jobs” set the following system variable:
