# 在樹狀檢視中管理工作表內容

透過the 樹狀檢視 icon，使用階層式結構檢視及管理工作表內容。

在樹狀檢視中，您可以：

* 點擊 the 建立新工作表 icon 即可建立新的工作表。

* 將工作表在區段之間拖曳，以設為公開或私人。

* 透過拖曳圖表，在工作表之間或內部移動並重新排序。

* 使用右鍵選單和選項選單，管理工作表和圖表—例如複製、貼上、刪除等操作。 您也可以存取管理整個應用程式的選項，例如重新載入和發佈。

## 開啟中樹狀檢視

請執行下列動作：

1. 在編輯模式中開啟工作表檢視。

2. 展開資產面板。

3. 開啟工作表分頁。

4. 點擊 the 樹狀檢視 icon 切換到樹狀檢視。

## 導覽樹狀檢視

展開和收合樹狀檢視中的區段，以深入查看內容。內容以樹狀檢視排列如下，從最頂層到最深層：

* 應用程式

* 公開和私人內容

* 工作表群組

* 工作表

* 圖表

* 容器中的圖表

## 在樹狀檢視中管理內容

從樹狀檢視中，您可以管理應用程式、工作表、工作表群組、圖表，以及容器內的圖表。

請執行下列動作：

1. 在樹狀檢視中開啟 工作表。

2. 按右鍵或將滑鼠游標移至項目上。

## 管理容器中的內容

您可以管理索引標籤容器和版面配置容器中的內容。例如，您可以複製並貼上容器之間的內容。
