# Talend Remote Engineをインストール

Talend Remote Engineでは、タスクをオンプレミスで実行できます。

インストーラー(run実行可能ファイル)を使用して、またはアーカイブ(tar.gz)内に、Talend Remote Engineを[Talend Cloudポータル](https://cloud.talend.com/)からダウンロードできます。

Talend Remote Engineディレクトリーパスにスペースを含めることはできません。

Remote Engineをインストーラー(.run)でインストールするよう選択し、エンジンをサービスとして設定する場合は、Remote Engineインストールフォルダーの親フォルダーの所有者がrootまたはtalenduserのいずれかであることが必要です。

データサービスとルートタスクをデプロイできるのはRemote Engineのみです。

Talend Remote Engineのサポートされているバージョンは、[製品規約](https://www.qlik.com/us/legal/product-terms)からアクセスできます。
