# Preparing the sample data

Upload the sample data to your Dropbox application.

## Before you begin

You must have a Dropbox account. If you don't already have one, you can [create a free Dropbox account](https://www.dropbox.com/basic).

## Procedure

1. Download and extract the file: [](https://help.qlik.com/talend/en-US/talend-cloud-getting-started/Cloud/Content/Resources/attachments/StreamingResultsLog.zip)[StreamingResultsLog.zip](https://help.qlik.com/talend/en-US/talend-cloud-getting-started/Cloud/Content/Resources/attachments/StreamingResultsLog.zip) log file.
2. Upload it to your Dropbox application.
3. [Generate](https://dropbox.tech/developers/generate-an-access-token-for-your-own-account) an access token for your Dropbox application.
