## Java 21 support for Data Service Jobs and Routes

Talend Runtime 8.0.1-R2026-05 supports Java 21.

When Talend Runtime is installed or running on JVM 21, it supports Data Service Jobs and Routes built in these ways:

* Built with the default Java 17 build mode.
* Built with Talend Studio R2025-11 or later when the compiler compliance level is set to Java 21 (-Dtarget.compliance=java21).
