# Fixing an incorrect data quality rule

In the list of data quality rules from the Data quality rules tab, you may see the Incorrect rule label ![Incorrect rule label](https://help.qlik.com/talend/en-US/data-stewardship-user-guide/Resources/images/dqr-invalid-rule.png).

It is displayed when a semantic type has been deleted or cannot be used for validation.

| missing | Basic | The semantic has been deleted. | Select another semantic type or delete the<br>row. |
| unavailable | Basic | The semantic type cannot be used for validation. | Enable Use for validation in the settings<br>of the semantic type or delete the row.<br><br>When Use for<br>validation is enabled:<br><br><ol> <li> Open the rule from the <span>Data quality                                                rules</span> tab. </li> <li>Validate the rule configuration.</li> </ol> |
| DELETED\_TYPE\_\_NAMEOFSEMANTICTYPE | Advanced | The semantic has been deleted. | Select another semantic type or delete the row. |
