# Assigning multiple tasks

Campaign owners and/or data stewards who are part of a specific campaign can bulk assign the tasks listed in the campaign.

## Procedure

1. Log in as a campaign owner or as a data steward.
2. Select Campaigns if you are a campaign owner and Tasks if you are a data steward
3. Click the name of the campaign which holds the tasks you want to assign.
4. In the right panel, click Task and expand Assign tasks.
5. From the Selection list, select to assign all the tasks or only to the tasks you select in the task list.

   Information noteTip: From the task list, hold the Ctrl or Shift keys to select multiple tasks. On Mac, hold the Cmd or Shift keys.
6. From the Assignee list, select the data steward to whom to assign the tasks and click Submit.

   This list shows all the data stewards defined in the campaign.

## Results

The selected tasks are assigned to the data steward.
