# parseDateTime

Creates a datetime from a string.

## Arguments

1. Input datetime as a string.
2. Datetime pattern as a string:
   * yyyy for the year
   * MM for the month
   * dd for the day
   * HH for the hours
   * mm for the minutes
   * ss for the seconds
   * SSS for a fraction of a second
   * ZZZZZ for the time zone

## Examples
