# Predefined roles and permissions

The predefined roles for Talend Cloud Data Inventory defined in Talend Management Console are:

* Connection Manager
* Dataset Administrator
* Dataset Manager
* Dataset Viewer

The following tables describe the default set of permissions associated to each predefined role.

Connection ManagerConnection Manager
