# Started as a Linux Service (systemd or service)

1. Locate the file <IAM-Folder>/apache-tomcat/bin/ setenv.sh
2. Locate the line starting with “CATALINA\_OPTS=…”
3. At the end of this line, add the string:
   * -Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true

4. Restart IAM service
