# Removing an environment

## About this task

Information noteWarning: Removing an environment is irreversible. It will delete all its models, targets, distributions and replications.

## Procedure

1. Stop all ongoing replications processes that belong to the environment.
2. Select the environment.
3. Go to the menu bar at the top of the Manager and click Environment > Remove.

   All models, targets and map display are now deleted and are not visible anymore in the Manager.
