QMC では、管理者ロールのセットがあらかじめ定義されています。各ロールは、ニーズに応じて QMC のセクションへの管理者読み取りアクセス権を付与する QMC セクション アクセス ルールに関連付けられています。RootAdmin は、すべての QMC セクションへのアクセス権を持っています。
