# Formats de sortie des rapports

Le format de sortie d'un rapport publié dépend de plusieurs facteurs. Chaque type de rapport comporte des options de format de sortie différentes. Si un rapport est inclus dans un cycle, il est publié au format de fichier .zip.



## Rapports uniques

Un rapport unique non compressé est publié en tant que fichier nom\_de\_fichier.format. Par exemple, soit un rapport Excel nommé GlobalSales et doté d'un format de sortie défini sur PDF dans la tâche de publication. Le fichier de sortie s'intitulera global sales.pdf. La même structure de dénomination nom\_de\_fichier.format s'applique aux fichiers compressés, à ceci près que l'extension .zip est ajoutée au nom du fichier : global sales.pdf.zip.

Chaque type de rapport comporte des options de format de sortie différentes :

* Excel: .xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .tiff, .pdf, .html

* Word: .docx, .doc, .html, .pdf

* PowerPoint: .pptx, .pdf

* HTML: .html, .htm

* PixelPerfect: .pdf, .html, .xls, .xlsx, .png, .gif, .jpeg, .tiff

* QlikEntity: .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .csv, .skv, .tab

  If they are printable in QlikView, they can also be exported as .pdf or .tiff.

Note InformationsSi vous choisissez .htm ou .html comme format de sortie, vous obtiendrez toujours un fichier .zip contenant tous les types de fichier nécessaires à la génération du fichier HTML.

## Rapports inclus dans des cycles

Les rapports inclus dans des cycles sont compressés sous forme de fichiers .zip et ce, quel que soit leur type. Supposons que vous disposiez d'un rapport Excelintitulé SalesData pour lequel vous souhaitez définir un cycle par pays et par année. Vos données couvrent 3 pays et 2 années, et le format de sortie est défini sur .xlsx. Vous obtiendrez 6 fichiers .xlsx inclus dans un fichier zip :

1. SalesData\_Country1\_Year1.xlsx
2. SalesData\_Country1\_Year2.xlsx
3. SalesData\_Country2\_Year1.xlsx
4. SalesData\_Country2\_Year2.xlsx
5. SalesData\_Country3\_Year1.xlsx
6. SalesData\_Country3\_Year2.xlsx

Les rapports HTML inclus dans un cycle sont traités de manière légèrement différente. Lorsque l'option de cycle est activée pour les rapports HTML, le format de sortie correspond à un fichier .zip pour chaque cycle de rapport. Par exemple, si votre rapport comporte trois exercices fiscaux et que vous définissez l'option Champ ajouté au cycle de la tâche de publication sur exercice fiscal, vous obtiendrez trois rapports publiés au format nom\_de\_fichier.html.zip.

## Ajout d'une protection par mot de passe aux rapports

Vous avez la possibilité de protéger par mot de passe les types de rapport générés suivants. Le type du modèle d'origine est sans importance :

* .pptx
* .doc, .docx
* .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm
* .pdf

Si vous protégez par mot de passe des rapports inclus dans un cycle, la protection s'appliquera bien aux rapports, mais pas à l'archive .zip.
