# Editing a variable

You can edit variables from the variables dialog.

Information note

You can edit variables defined in the script in the variables dialog. If you reload the script, however, your changes will be undone.

Do the following:

1. When editing a sheet, click the Variables icon in the edit bar on the sheet to open the variables dialog.

   The variables dialog opens.

2. In the row of the variable you want to delete, click the More icon and select Edit.

3. Edit the variable as desired.

4. Click Save.
