# Remove a dimension

Remove a dimension by using the [DestroyDimension method](https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-developer/November2025/Subsystems/EngineJSONAPI/Content/service-doc-destroydimension.htm).

## Example

#### The goal is to remove the dimension with identifier Dim01.

The client sends:
