# SetFullPropertyTree method

Sets the properties of:

* A generic object.
* The children of the generic object.
* The bookmarks/embedded snapshots of the generic object.

Information note

If the *SetFullPropertyTree method* is asked to set some properties to a child that does not exist, it creates the child.

Information note

The type of an object cannot be updated.
