# ClearSelections method

Clears the selections in a dimension of a visualization.

## Parameters

| Name | Description | Mandatory | Type |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| qPath | Path to the definition of the visualization.<br>For example, */qListObjectDef* . | Yes | String |
| qColIndices | Array of dimension numbers or indexes. The selections are cleared in the specified dimensions.<br>Dimension numbers/indexes start from 0.<br>If this parameter is not set, all dimensions are cleared. | No | Array of Integer |
