You can edit users that you have update rights to.
Do the following:
Select Users on the QMC start page or from the StartS drop-down menu to display the overview.Tip: You can filter a column by using the filtering option: .
Select the users that you want to edit.
Click Edit in the action bar.
Edit the properties.
Click Apply to save your changes. If a mandatory field is empty, Apply is disabled.
Successfully updated is displayed at the bottom of the page.
|Name||The name of the user.|
|User directory||The user directory that the user is associated with.|
|User ID||The user ID associated with the user.|
|Blocked||Block (inactivate) a user. By default, not selected.|
|Delete prohibited||Prevent the deletion or inactivation of a user with the admin role RootAdmin. By default, not selected.|
The QMC administration roles associated with the user. Click the text box to display the available admin roles.
Note: You can add new, non-existent admin roles, but they will not be valid until they have been properly defined.
Tip: If no tags are available, this property group is empty.
Connected tags are displayed under the text box.
When a custom property has been activated for a resource, you can use the list to select a custom property value.
If no custom properties are available, this property group is not displayed at all (or displayed but empty). You must make a custom property available for this resource type before it is displayed here.
