# Groups

On the Groups tab, all of the groups that a user is a member of are presented.

## Group Name

The left pane presents any directory group name(s), in which the current user is a member.

## Group Name

The right pane presents the existing QlikView group names. [](https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/Subsystems/QMC/Content/QV_QMC/QMC_Users_UserManagement_Groups.htm)A ticked, the Tick icon, group name indicates that the current user is a member of that group.
