Connection status not shown in Qlik NPrinting web console

Possible cause  

The connection status is set the first time you open a QlikView document to generate the connection cache, or a report. If a task is already in progress on the same connection, the status is not shown straight away. The task is queued and you must wait a short time before the status is updated.

Proposed action  

Typically, a status update takes 15-30 seconds after the first task has started. It can take longer if other reports are already running on other Qlik NPrinting Engines.
